These terms govern the use of services provided by Colnord Oy. This is a placeholder document — final terms will be published here in due course.

1. Scope of service

Colnord Oy arranges road freight, short sea and project cargo across Finland, the Nordics and beyond. All transports are carried out in accordance with the applicable national and international transport conventions.

2. Quotes & orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote document. Orders are confirmed in writing and are subject to available capacity at the time of booking.

3. Liability

Liability for cargo is governed by the CMR Convention for international road transport and by the Finnish Road Transport Contracts Act for domestic carriage, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
